By downloading, installing, or using TailFocus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
Use of the App
TailFocus is provided to help users improve focus and productivity. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
User Data
You are responsible for the information stored within the app. TailFocus is not responsible for the loss of data resulting from device failure, accidental deletion, or other unforeseen events. We recommend enabling iCloud Backup or iCloud Sync when available.
Intellectual Property
TailFocus, including its design, graphics, logo, illustrations, software, and content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the application except as permitted by law.
Subscriptions and Purchases
If TailFocus offers premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions, payments will be processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription management, billing, and refunds are subject to Apple's terms and policies.
Disclaimer
TailFocus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the app will meet every user's expectations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TailFocus and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the application.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of TailFocus after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
